In accord with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product purchased is found to be unfit for purpose or similarly unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in the original box, in the same condition as was supplied by ourselves complete with all packaging, accessories and any bundled software supplied. Software supplied that does not show any product key externally may be returned but must be un-opened and unregistered. Any Microsoft software such as, for example, MS Windows XP and other Office Suite packages that show a product key externally and that is required to be registered with Microsoft to allow it to function fully is not returnable or refundable.

The warranty for the remainder of the 3-month period is for parts and labour on the principle and practice of a return-to-base policy. Batteries are not covered by warranty.

Repairs to systems, laptops and notebooks may result the reformat of the hard disk drive. It is the responsibility of the Customer to backup all data on the hard drive regularly and before the Customer returns the product for service.
